Since I began selling companies in 1983, I have consciously worked to treat my clients as I would like to be treated. Words like "respect", "trust", "value", "safety" and "comfort" describe the business relationships I strive for. I also work preventatively, not punitively, and consequently am often able to preclude certain actions before they can become issues. My philosophy of not being a volume broker, handling only a limited number of clients at one time, allows me to provide a very personal service and close business relationship with you, thus focusing my knowledge, time and energy on the project at hand while giving needed attention to your goals, instead of the commonplace juggling many clients or listings. Kevin has over twenty years of executive and entrepreneurial business experience. Kevin has served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of several companies where he led all M&A activities including negotiation, due diligence and closing of a broad range of deals including a stake in a Major League Baseball team. Other notable transactions included private companies, restaurants, retail, manufacturing, residential property developments and a commercial office portfolio that involved management, leasing, acquisition and sale. Since his time in the corporate sector Kevin has founded, purchased and sold several multi-million dollar businesses. Kevin remains an active business owner and investor providing invaluable, present-day insight and acumen essential in assisting clients in their business ventures and financial endeavors. His degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University further enables him to apply the requisite finance and accounting principles required in buy/sell transactions. With his diverse management and entrepreneurial skill set Kevin has acquired not only the knowledge and tenacity to get things accomplished, but the capacity to understand the challenges and endurance it takes to grow and sell a business. Kevin recognizes that buying and/or selling a business can be a complex, life-changing event and works closely with clients to understand the nuances of their objectives and goals, then finds imaginative resourceful ways to achieve them.
